Recent Developments

17 June 2026: completed the sale of airport-equipment lessor TCR, receiving €1.129bn and using the proceeds to repay its revolving credit facility. In March it also agreed a major investment in Norway's Lefdal Mine Datacenter.

Dividend notes

Targets a progressive dividend and normally pays in two instalments. The FY2026 total was 13.45p per share; the final dividend went ex-dividend on 11 June 2026 and was paid on 10 July. The FY2027 target is 14.30p.
