AEP Plantations is a palm-oil producer with plantation and milling operations in Indonesia and Malaysia. Its earnings are largely driven by crude palm oil and palm-kernel production, crop yields and market prices, making it a relatively direct exposure to the palm-oil cycle.
Owns and manages oil-palm estates, harvests fresh fruit bunches and processes them in its own mills to produce crude palm oil and palm kernels. It also invests in replanting and estate expansion.
Production is concentrated in Indonesia and Malaysia, with output sold into regional and global palm-oil markets serving food, consumer-goods, oleochemical and biofuel supply chains.

30 April 2026: FY2025 revenue rose 25% to $465.2m and profit before tax increased 35% to $119.3m. The group also proposed an IPO of its Indonesian subsidiary and continued a further £8m share-buyback programme.
Dividends vary with palm-oil earnings and cash generation. FY2025 distributions totalled 81.0 US cents per share, including a 43.7-cent final dividend. The final went ex-dividend on 18 June 2026, with payment on 30 July.
