30 April 2026: FY2025 revenue rose 25% to $465.2m and profit before tax increased 35% to $119.3m. The group also proposed an IPO of its Indonesian subsidiary and continued a further £8m share-buyback programme.

Dividend notes

Dividends vary with palm-oil earnings and cash generation. FY2025 distributions totalled 81.0 US cents per share, including a 43.7-cent final dividend. The final went ex-dividend on 18 June 2026, with payment on 30 July.
