28 April 2026: the first 2026 interim dividend was raised 3.5% to 7.33p. Maintaining that quarterly rate would produce the trust's 60th consecutive annual dividend increase, one of the longest records in the investment-trust sector.
Pays quarterly and has a long record of annual dividend growth. A 7.08p dividend went ex-dividend on 26 February 2026; the first 2026 interim of 7.33p went ex-dividend on 28 May. The Board intends at least to maintain the 7.33p quarterly rate during 2026.
