29 July 2026: first-half gross profit rose 68% and gross margin reached 34%, helped by more than 220 Valhalla deliveries. A new £550m debt financing completed in July increased pro-forma liquidity to about £340m; full-year guidance was maintained.
No dividend is currently paid and there is no 2026 ex-dividend date. Cash preservation, liquidity, refinancing and investment in the turnaround and product programme remain higher priorities while the group continues to report losses.
