23 July 2026: Q3 pro-forma constant-currency revenue growth was 7.8%. ATG raised FY2026 revenue-growth guidance to 5.5%-6.5%, retained its 34.5%-35.5% adjusted EBITDA-margin guidance and reduced leverage to 1.7 times.
ATG remains focused on growth, integration and debt reduction rather than income. No dividend was declared for the first half of FY2026 and no 2026 ex-dividend date had been announced by August.
