Recent Developments

11 June 2026: agreed heads of terms for a combination with Pacific Assets Trust. Subject to shareholder approval, the enlarged vehicle would remain managed by Schroders and is intended to provide greater scale and lower ongoing charges.

Dividend notes

Primarily targets total return but normally distributes portfolio income through an annual dividend. The 2025 final dividend was 11.5p per share; it went ex-dividend on 9 April 2026 and was paid on 11 May.
