Primarily the UK logistics and distribution-property market, serving major retailers, manufacturers, parcel operators and third-party logistics companies. Data-centre development provides an additional long-term growth market.
Rental growth, lease renewals and rent reviews, occupancy, logistics demand, development completions, property yields, interest rates, access to power for data centres and the value of the development pipeline.
Higher interest rates, falling property valuations, tenant failures, development delays, construction costs, concentration in logistics property, leverage, planning constraints and uncertainty over the timing and economics of data-centre projects.
6 August 2026: Tritax published its half-year results after entering the year with strong rental reversion, a growing logistics-development pipeline and data-centre projects positioned as an increasingly important source of future growth.
Pays quarterly as a REIT. The 2025 Q4 dividend of 2.255p went ex-dividend on 12 March 2026 and was paid on 27 March. The 2026 Q1 dividend of 2.00p went ex-dividend on 21 May and was paid on 12 June; later 2026 dates were not yet published.
