7 May 2026: first-quarter profit rose 14% to GEL 585m with return on average equity of 27.4%. The group also declared the GEL 2.85 quarterly dividend and extended its share-buyback programme by GEL 55m.
Moved to quarterly distributions while retaining a 30-50% target payout through dividends and buybacks. The Q1 2026 dividend was GEL 2.85 per share, ex-dividend 25 June and paid in sterling on 10 July.
