3 June 2026: FY2026 revenue rose 3.6% to £5.78bn but adjusted EBITDA fell 25.9% to £459m after a difficult year. Management said its 'Back to B&M Basics' turnaround was progressing, with FY2027 remaining an investment year.
Targets an ordinary payout ratio of 40-50% of adjusted after-tax earnings. FY2026 ordinary dividends totalled 9.6p. The 6.1p final dividend went ex-dividend on 11 June 2026 and was paid on 31 July.
