24 June 2026: half-year results showed NAV total return of 3.7% and share-price total return of 6.5% for the six months to April. The Board expects the full-year dividend to be at least 3% above 2025, extending its long growth record.

Pays quarterly and has increased its annual dividend for decades. The first two 2026 interim dividends were 0.707p each; the first went ex-dividend on 23 April and the second on 23 July, with the latter payable on 28 August.
