23 June 2026: Bunzl upgraded its 2026 outlook, expecting first-half revenue growth of around 4% at constant currencies and improved profitability. It also completed the acquisition of Australian life-sciences distributor Scientifix.
Bunzl has a long record of annual dividend growth and normally pays twice yearly. The 2025 total dividend was 74.1p. The 53.9p final dividend went ex-dividend on 21 May 2026 and was paid on 2 July.
