17 July 2026: half-year results showed strong growth in fees and performance-related earnings with AUM at $97.3bn. On 29 June Bridgepoint agreed to acquire the $22bn-AUM Kayne Anderson Real Estate platform, adding real estate as a fifth investment vertical.
Pays interim and final dividends. The 2025 final dividend of 4.7p went ex-dividend on 23 April 2026 and was paid on 21 May. The 2026 interim is 4.8p, ex-dividend 17 September and payable 26 October.
