Recent Developments

15 July 2026: Barratt Redrow reported 17,667 home completions for the year and said adjusted pre-tax profit was in line with expectations. It also outlined plans for about £400m of shareholder returns in FY2027, predominantly through buybacks.

Dividend notes

The FY2026 interim dividend was 5.0p, ex-dividend on 2 April 2026 and paid on 15 May. Management has since shifted capital returns more heavily toward share buybacks, with a substantial FY2027 shareholder-return programme planned.
