28 July 2026: US data centre Hudson Interxchange secured a five-year 1.8MW contract with an AI GPU cloud provider plus an option for another 2MW. Contracted sixth-floor capacity rose to roughly 80% of saleable capacity.
Pays twice yearly. FY2026 total dividend was 4.45p. The 2.275p final dividend went ex-dividend on 2 July 2026 and was paid on 30 July; the earlier interim dividend was 2.175p.
