28 July 2026: first-half sales rose 2.9% to £880.5m and adjusted pre-tax profit increased 7.6% to £147.7m. Consumer Care performed strongly and management retained its full-year outlook while continuing Croda's transformation and innovation programme.

Pays interim and final dividends. The 2025 final dividend of 63.0p went ex-dividend on 9 April 2026 and was paid on 27 May. The 2026 interim is 48.0p, payable on 6 October to shareholders on the register on 28 August; check the market timetable for the corresponding ex-dividend date.
