Recent Developments

9 July 2026: GlobalData reported first-half revenue growth of about 3% and EBITDA growth of 4-5%, announced a £30m tender offer and acquired Cambridge Healthcare Research. The shares entered the FTSE 250 in June after moving to the Main Market in March.

Dividend notes

GlobalData pays dividends but income is secondary to growth and acquisitions. The FY2025 final dividend was 1.2p per share, taking the full-year total to 1.5p. The 2026 interim dividend had not yet been declared by 14 August.
