27 July 2026: DCC agreed a recommended £5.75bn takeover by KKR and Energy Capital Partners. The offer is £65.25 cash per share, with potential additional value linked to disposal of the group's remaining technology asset.
FY2026 total dividend was 216.72p. The 147.22p final dividend went ex-dividend on 28 May 2026 and was paid on 23 July; the interim dividend was 69.50p. Future distributions are subject to the agreed takeover arrangements.
