30 July 2026: first-half adjusted EBITDA fell to £279m from £460m as power prices weakened. Drax is nevertheless expanding its flexible and renewable portfolio, including the agreed acquisition of Bluefield Solar Income Fund and the purchase of Flexitricity.

Dividend notes

Pays interim and final dividends. The 2026 interim dividend is 12.9p, ex-dividend on 24 September and payable on 23 October. Management indicated an expected full-year 2026 dividend of 32.2p, subject to performance and Board approval.
