25 March 2026: FY2025 results described 2026 as a pivotal migration year for Eurowag Office. Management guided to low double-digit net revenue growth, an adjusted EBITDA margin of about 40% and adjusted cash EBITDA of €105m-€115m.
Eurowag has used special rather than regular dividends. A 1.5p special dividend for FY2025 went ex-dividend on 25 June 2026 and was paid on 22 July. Future distributions depend on cash generation and capital-allocation priorities.
