Foresight Environmental Infrastructure is an investment trust owning environmental and renewable-energy infrastructure. Its portfolio includes solar, wind, bioenergy, waste and resource-efficiency assets and other projects supporting decarbonisation.
Investment in operational renewable-energy generation, bioenergy, waste and resource-efficiency projects and other environmental infrastructure, with long-term ownership and active asset management.
Primarily the UK and selected European environmental-infrastructure markets, with revenues often supported by long-term contracts, subsidies or regulated arrangements.
Power prices, inflation-linked revenues, asset availability, renewable generation, interest rates, debt costs, asset disposals and demand for low-carbon infrastructure.
Power-price weakness, interest-rate changes, project underperformance, weather variation, subsidy or regulation changes, leverage, valuation movements and operational problems at individual assets.
May 2026: the Board completed the FY2026 dividend programme at 7.96p per share and set an 8.04p target for the following financial year, maintaining the trust's emphasis on progressive income from environmental infrastructure.
Pays quarterly. FY2026 dividends were four payments of 1.99p. The third went ex-dividend on 5 March 2026 and the fourth on 4 June, with the latter paid on 26 June. The FY2026 total was 7.96p.
