28 May 2026: the half-year report confirmed more than 97% shareholder support for continuation and announced a materially enhanced dividend policy from October 2026, targeting an annual distribution of roughly 30p per share.

Dividend notes

Pays twice yearly. The first 2026 interim dividend was 8.8p, ex-dividend on 2 April 2026 and paid on 15 May. From the financial year beginning 1 October 2026, the Board intends to rebase the annual dividend to about 30p, at least 50% higher.
