Recent Developments

13 August 2026: Frasers bought Harvey Nichols out of administration, adding its UK stores, online operation and international franchises. Management said significant restructuring would be required as it integrates the loss-making luxury department-store group.

Dividend notes

Frasers does not currently pay an ordinary dividend. The Board again decided not to pay a final dividend for FY2026, preferring to preserve financial flexibility for investment and growth; there is therefore no 2026 ex-dividend date.
