8 July 2026: the Takeover Panel extended Epiris's deadline to make a firm offer until 5 August while Gamma remained in discussions with potential bidders. Takeover interest has been a significant 2026 share-price driver.
Pays interim and final dividends. The 2025 final dividend of 14.8p went ex-dividend on 28 May 2026 and was paid on 18 June. Gamma intends to hold dividends at FY2025 levels for two years while also conducting substantial share buybacks.
