10 March 2026: FY2025 revenue rose 7.3% to £602.1m and underlying pre-tax profit increased 4.5% to £82.9m. The full-year dividend was raised to 12.9p as Genuit continued its sustainable water and climate strategy.
Pays interim and final dividends. The FY2025 final dividend of 8.7p went ex-dividend on 30 April 2026 and was paid on 3 June. The 2026 interim dividend is scheduled to go ex-dividend on 27 August and be paid on 30 September.
