Recent Developments

22 July 2026: Greencore upgraded FY2026 adjusted operating-profit guidance to £234m-£242m after strong third-quarter trading. The enlarged group reported volume growth ahead of the market and said Bakkavor integration and synergy delivery were progressing well.

Dividend notes

The FY2025 final dividend was 2.6p per share, went ex-dividend on 7 January 2026 and was paid on 5 February. No additional interim dividend was declared with the May 2026 half-year results while the enlarged group concentrates on integration and cash generation.
