Recent Developments

14 May 2026: first-half net rental income rose 7.8% to £66.1m, EPRA earnings increased 4% and occupancy was 95.9%. Grainger said it remained on track for £60m of FY2026 EPRA earnings and continued its planned deleveraging programme.
