8 July 2026: Hansa declared a 2.0p dividend and continued implementing its post-reorganisation capital-allocation framework, including share buybacks intended to address the discount while preserving the long-term investment mandate.
Income is secondary to long-term capital growth. A 2.0p dividend was declared in July 2026, went ex-dividend on 16 July and is payable on 21 August. The Board generally limits dividends to the level appropriate for the company's investment structure.
