23 July 2026: first-half sales rose 3.3% to £1.03bn and underlying operating profit increased 5.5% to £128.1m. Howdens also completed the roughly £400m acquisition of DIY Kitchens in June and continued a £100m share-buyback programme.
Pays interim and final dividends. The 2025 final dividend of 16.9p went ex-dividend on 9 April 2026 and was paid on 22 May. The 2026 interim is 5.1p, goes ex-dividend on 15 October and is payable on 20 November.
