18 June 2026: the Board raised the intended annual dividend for the year ending April 2027 by 21.5% to 19.2p per share, reflecting the increase in NAV and the trust's 4%-of-NAV distribution policy.
Pays quarterly under a policy targeting roughly 4% of prior year-end NAV. The FY2027 target is 19.2p, four payments of 4.8p. The first went ex-dividend on 9 July 2026 and was paid on 30 July.
