31 July 2026: Intertek published its half-year results as it continued a strategic review of the portfolio. The group is also expanding testing capacity in growth areas including batteries, pharmaceuticals, energy infrastructure and sustainability assurance.
Pays interim and final dividends. The 2025 final dividend went ex-dividend on 29 May 2026 and was paid on 24 June. The 2026 interim dividend was announced with the 31 July half-year results; the latest timetable should be checked for its ex-dividend and payment dates.
