Recent Developments

11 August 2026: first-half adjusted core profit edged up 1% to $265m and system-wide revenue rose 11% to a record $2.4bn. IWG reiterated 2026 adjusted core-profit guidance of $585m-$625m, expecting cost reductions to support the second half.

Dividend notes

IWG resumed shareholder distributions after the pandemic. The 2025 final dividend of 0.93 US cents per share was paid on 29 May 2026 to shareholders registered on 1 May. No 2026 interim dividend had been confirmed in the sources checked by 14 August.
