7 May 2026: FY2026 sales reached £12.66bn and adjusted profit before tax was £852m. JD guided to £750m-£850m adjusted pre-tax profit for FY2027 and continued its rolling £200m annual share-buyback programme.
Pays interim and final dividends. FY2026 total dividend was 1.20p per share, up 20%. The 0.87p final dividend went ex-dividend on 2 July 2026 and was paid on 31 July.
