2026 annual results reported a 20.1% NAV total return, ahead of the 14.8% benchmark return, with a 21.2% share-price return. The Board has also proposed a combination with European Opportunities Trust, subject to shareholder approval.
Pays quarterly under a NAV-linked distribution policy. For FY2027 the target is 5.44p per share, four payments of 1.36p. The first 1.36p dividend went ex-dividend on 16 April 2026 and was paid on 5 June.
