2 July 2026: the Board raised the annual dividend target to 24.80p per share for FY2027, equivalent to four quarterly payments of 6.20p and about 7.8% above the previous year's distribution.
Pays quarterly under a NAV-linked policy. FY2026 total dividends were 22.80p. For FY2027 the Board has set a target of 24.80p, four payments of 6.20p; the first is due to go ex-dividend on 27 August 2026 and be paid on 9 October.
