21 July 2026: Kier said FY2026 revenue and profit would be at the top end of expectations. The order book reached about £11.9bn, more than 90% of expected FY2027 revenue was secured and period-end net cash was around £232m.
Pays interim and final dividends. The 2026 interim dividend was 2.6p per share, went ex-dividend on 16 April and was paid on 22 May. It was 30% higher than the comparable payment.
