29 July 2026: first-half profit after tax rose to $141.7m from $109.2m, the insurance service result reached $198.8m and the combined ratio was 80.7%. Lancashire declared a 7.5-cent interim dividend and said it remained on track for a high-teens return on equity.

Dividend notes

Pays ordinary dividends with specials when surplus capital allows. The 2025 final dividend of 15 US cents went ex-dividend on 14 May 2026 and was paid on 12 June; a 50-cent special went ex-dividend on 19 March and was paid on 17 April. The 2026 interim of 7.5 cents went ex-dividend on 6 August and is payable on 4 September.
