6 August 2026: Morgan presented its 2026 half-year results as it continued a strategy centred on operational transformation, portfolio optimisation and selected high-growth markets. Management is targeting a return to a 12% operating margin by 2028.
Pays interim and final dividends under a policy to maintain and then grow the ordinary dividend with roughly 2.5-times adjusted earnings cover. The 2025 final dividend of 6.8p went ex-dividend on 9 April 2026 and was paid on 12 May; total 2025 dividend was 12.2p.
