21 July 2026: Mitie reported continued double-digit Q1 FY2027 revenue growth and also became subject to a recommended cash offer from OCS. The bid is now a major factor alongside the group's strong underlying contract and outsourcing momentum.
Pays interim and final dividends. FY2026 total dividend was 4.5p. The 3.1p final dividend went ex-dividend on 16 July 2026 and is payable on 27 August; the interim dividend was 1.4p.
