7 July 2026: after completing the Escode sale for about £253m net proceeds, NCC proposed returning a further £185m through a £170m tender offer at 145p per share and a £15m buyback. The group is now a pure-play cyber-security business.
NCC continues to pay an ordinary dividend alongside large capital returns. The FY2025 final dividend was 3.15p and was paid on 10 April 2026. A 1.50p interim dividend was proposed with the June 2026 results; investors should check the final ex-dividend and payment timetable.
