Dividend notes

OSB maintains a progressive ordinary dividend, supplemented when capital permits by buybacks. The 2025 final dividend was 24.1p, ex-dividend 2 April 2026 and paid 13 May. The 2026 interim is 11.8p, ex-dividend 13 August and payable 18 September, consistent with the Group's stated 5% dividend-growth approach.
