Recent Developments

7 August 2026: OXB cut FY2026 revenue guidance to £180-200m after client-order deferrals and a six-month delay to operational readiness at its Durham, North Carolina site. H1 revenue still rose about 9% to c.£80m, 17 new clients were signed and the backlog reached c.£193m; 2027 revenue-growth guidance of 25-30% and double-digit EBITDA margins was retained.

07

Dividend notes

OXB does not currently pay a dividend. The Group is prioritising investment in capacity and growth while building sustainable profitability, so cash returns are unlikely to be a near-term feature unless the capital-allocation policy changes.
