By 30 June 2026 the trust had total assets of about £440.5m and NAV total-return performance had strengthened as healthcare valuations and sentiment improved. The July 2026 portfolio commentary remained constructive on sector fundamentals, with drug innovation, lower valuations and renewed M&A activity important potential catalysts into 2027.
Income is secondary to capital growth and the yield is modest. The first 2026 interim dividend was 1.20p per share, ex-dividend 6 August and payable 28 August, up from the previous 1.00p payment that went ex-dividend 5 February 2026.
