Partners Group Private Equity Limited is a listed closed-ended investment company providing diversified exposure to private companies managed or selected by Partners Group. The portfolio combines direct investments and private-equity funds across developed markets.
Direct private-equity investments, secondary interests and fund investments, with capital returned through portfolio-company exits, distributions and a semi-annual dividend policy.
Private companies mainly in Europe and North America, diversified across sectors such as business services, healthcare, industrials, consumer and technology-enabled businesses.

8 July 2026: May NAV was EUR 11.84 per share, down 0.7% in the month as portfolio revaluations outweighed positive currency movements. Cash was about EUR 68.8m and the EUR 150m credit facility remained undrawn, leaving liquidity to meet commitments while investors watch realisations, discount control and the second-half dividend.
The Board targets distributions of 5% of the previous year-end NAV each year through two semi-annual payments. The first FY2026 interim dividend was EUR 0.325 per share, ex-dividend 14 May and paid 19 June 2026.
