Recent Developments

January 2026 brought PINT's first major realisation: the Calpine transaction delivered US$28.5m in cash plus more than 325,000 Constellation Energy shares at a 3.0x multiple on invested capital. Half of those shares became free of lock-up in July 2026 and the remainder in July 2027, providing a visible future liquidity event.

Dividend notes

PINT targets a progressive dividend backed by portfolio cash generation. FY2025 distributions totalled 4.346p per share; the second interim was 2.173p, ex-dividend 26 March 2026 and paid 24 April. Dividend cover for 2025 was about 1.1 times.
