Q1 2026 assets under management rose to £8.2bn, with fee-paying AUM at £5.4bn; after quarter-end Private Credit IV reached a £2.5bn final close, taking Group AUM to about £8.4bn. This gives good visibility for management fees into 2027, while credit performance, deployment and further fundraising remain the main variables.

Dividend notes

Pollen Street pays dividends semi-annually alongside reinvestment in growth. FY2025 dividends totalled 58.0p per share, up 8%; the second interim was 31.0p, ex-dividend 2 April 2026 and paid 1 May. The next distribution will depend on 2026 earnings and capital allocation.
