29 June 2026: half-year results showed a 3.1% NAV total return for the six months to 31 March despite difficult private-market conditions. Realisations were £125.6m against £95.6m of drawdowns, while £175.9m was committed to ten new investments; portfolio earnings growth, exits and the wide share-price discount remain important themes into 2027.
Quarterly dividend payer with a progressive record. The annualised 2026 rate is 18.4p per share, or 4.6p quarterly; the June quarter went ex-dividend on 25 June 2026 and was paid on 31 July. The dividend has increased for twelve consecutive years.
