Princes Group is a large UK food and drink manufacturer supplying branded and private-label products including canned foods, fish, pasta, sauces, oils and soft drinks. The business listed in London in late 2025 after a major operational and balance-sheet restructuring.
Manufacture, sourcing and distribution of ambient foods and beverages, including Princes, Napolina and Branston products, private-label production and international food sourcing.
The United Kingdom is the core market, with sales across continental Europe and other international food and drink markets through retailers and food-service customers.

14 May 2026: Q1 adjusted EBITDA rose 17% to £38.2m and April trading was ahead of the prior year. Management is pursuing acquisitions after the IPO-funded balance-sheet reset and expects at least one deal to be possible during 2026; execution of M&A and progress towards the medium-term £3bn-plus revenue target are key 2027 considerations.
Princes has not yet established a regular dividend record since its October 2025 IPO and no ordinary dividend has been declared. Capital returns currently include a share-buyback programme launched in May 2026, while management retains substantial cash for acquisitions.
