29 April 2026: Q1 new business profit rose 10% to $686m and APE sales increased 6%, with growth across all segments. Management expects to return more than $7bn to shareholders over 2024-27, including a planned $1.3bn capital return in 2027, making cash generation and Asian growth central to the medium-term case.
Prudential pays dividends in US dollars with a progressive policy linked to operating growth and capital strength. The 2025 second interim dividend was 18.89 US cents per share, ex-dividend 26 March 2026 and paid 13 May; shareholder returns are supplemented by substantial buybacks.
