26 March 2026 full-year results confirmed the strategic shift to a B2B-led group after the Snaitech disposal, with 2025 Group revenue of about €764m. Investors should watch B2B growth, US expansion and capital allocation when interim results are released on 10 September 2026.
Playtech's ordinary dividend record has been overshadowed by major capital returns from disposals. Following the Snaitech sale it distributed a special dividend of approximately €1.8bn, equivalent to €5.73 per share; future ordinary distributions will depend on the smaller B2B-focused group's cash generation.
