02

Key activities

Discretionary wealth management, financial advice, portfolio management, trust and tax services and management of investment funds.

03

Predominantly the United Kingdom, serving high-net-worth individuals, families, charities, trustees and financial advisers.

04

Funds under management, net client flows, investment-market performance, fee margins, cost synergies, adviser productivity and operating efficiency.

05

Key risks

Market declines, client outflows, FCA and Consumer Duty issues, fee pressure, integration risk, cost inflation and reputational or compliance failures.

06

Recent Developments

29 July 2026: FUMA rose 10.7% year on year to £120.7bn and operating income increased 8.6%, but H1 Group net outflows were £0.9bn. An FCA skilled-person review has cost £19m and is expected to reduce H2 income by about £9m, making remediation and a return to sustained net inflows key issues for 2027.

07
